I know there have to be official rules for girls fast pitch softball but whether the school is going by those rules is another question.
First of all, is there such a rule that if you are a junior and you lettered as a sophmore can you still play JV or just Varsity?
Secondly, if there are enough qualified junior and senior girls to play Varsity is it right to bring up a freshman to knock out an older girl for her position?
Of course we all know that there is politics in all high school sports and it is ashame that our kids have to be treated this way.

My husband and I are over a homeschool fast-pitch team. This is only our 2nd year. We would love to do a senior recognition this year at our last home game. But, I need some ideas. We do a banquet at the end of the season, and everyone will be recognized then. I need ideas for decorating and anything else.

I am a high school baseball player who is trying to be good at both pitching and hitting. I have heard that running is good for pitchers. Is this true? and if so how much running? I have also heard that running can at the same time break down muscle and make you not hit the ball as far. Is this true? Somebody help me on how i can be good at both.

What is high school slow pitch softball like?
How difficult is it compared to fast pitch? and I’m thinking of being a catcher for my hs team how is that different than fast pitch catching?
