im 14 and im tryin out for my high school team. i pitch and i play 3rd base and some outfield. i’m only throwing about 71-73 but with a good changeup and an ok curveball. as for hitting im not bad. when im in a hot streak i cant miss the ball.
so what should i try to improve on to make the team? or what should i make sure i do prefect at, at the tryouts. i think there about the 2nd week in march

Every year when the seniors in our dance class finish their last year of dance we get them a gift. Its usually not dance related and we all pitch in a little bit of money. This year only one girl is graduating and we already had the idea to make her a scrap book. But since the recital is two days away we are going to give it to her at her graduation party. What is a small side gift we could give her at the recital so we wouldn’t be giving her nothing?

Okay so i am a sophomore in high school currently on the baseball team as a pitcher. Well, I’ve been pitching all my life, and i mean i pitched A LOT, and now it seems pitching arm cant extend all the way. Like when i put both arms straight or facing down my right arm is kind of crooked even when i try my hardest to extend it 100%. & i know some of you are probably saying, rest it..the problem is is that i have rested it, a lot. Ive had a couple months of almost no pitching and about 3 months before that hardly any either. I’m just worried about my future in high school pitching and if it would affect me when i enlist in the Marines. Will i ever be able to extend my arm fully again? please help. thanks. Also, why is this happening?

I’m not going to brag about what pitches i can throw or how "fast" i can throw them. what specifically do the coaches look for? do they look more towards the pitcher’s speed/accuracy? or do they look at the types of pitches the person can throw?

I am trying to research high school pithcing rules in order to re-evaluate the way we protect our pitchers at the high school level. If anyone could provide me with this information, it would be very helpful.
I’m looking into pitching rules regarding the maximum number of innings a high school pitcher can pitch in a time frame. Also, if there is a pitch count for each of these states, does any body know that?
Vermont is the only state I have found thus far with a pitch count rule.
